The Broan QS242BL is a 42" black under cabinet range hood. This model is designed to deliver brilliant halogen lighting while operating over 50% quieter than other average hoods. The bottom cover has a DuPont Teflon® coating that makes it smooth and easy to clean.
The range hood is constructed to operate at a flow rate of 300 CFM. Three-speed, soft-touch controls allow you to choose between normal, medium and high fan speeds. Also, the Broan QS242BL comes with a Heat Sentry™ feature which automatically turns the blower to high speed when excessive heat is detected. For continuous operation, this model features a permanently lubricated motor. The range hood is UL listed and HVI certified.
