The Broan 163 is an infrared, two-bulb, 250-Watt heater. This model is designed to create a comfortable, warm temperature in the bathroom. With the Broan 163 there is no need to heat up the whole house, this model features a room-specific heat distribution. For operation, the two-bulb heater requires a Broan model 69V or 69W two-function control (not included). The heater is UL listed for 60-degree wiring. For a clean look that will complement almost any decor, this model features a nice white exterior.
