The Fail-Safe Medical/Task Under-cabinet series provides effective task lighting solutions for any application. This solid front specification grade fluorescent under-cabinet series incorporates the latest energy-efficient technology; T8 fluorescent lamps and electronic ballast improve the appearance and productivity of the illuminated environment. Suitable for thru wiring for continuous runs. Grounded outlet, fuse, rocker switch and 6' cord and plug optional. Anti-microbial finish option available. Available in 2' - 5' lengths. Internal Reflector: Standard white painted housing reflector for improved efficiency. Front Reflector Standard white painted solid front housing reflector improves efficiency and minimizes glare. Housing: Available in 1.8" deep heavy gauge seam welded CRS construction with no exposed fasteners. Keyhole mounting slots are located on top of housing for ease of installation. Knock-outs are provided on ends for continuous row mounting. Finish: High gloss, electrostatically applied, white powder coat finish, average minimum reflectance 92%. 1000 hour salt spray test. Lens: Choice of clear, Pattern 12 prismatic acrylic or polycarbonate diffuser or KSH25 linear ribbed asymmetric. Lamps: By others. Ballast: Electronic Class P CBM/ETL. Electrical: Suitable for through wiring when installed in continuous rows. Labels: UL/cUL listed for damp locations.
