Halo H5RICAT 5" Recessed Can Light, Air-Tite, IC-Rated for Remodel
Description
The Halo H5RICAT 5" recessed can light for remodel is an AIR-TITE, IC rated, recessed housing designed for installation in residential remodels where the housing will come into direct contact with the insulation and is designed to accommodate smaller sized PAR20 and PAR30 halogen lamps. Halo 5" Recessed light cans feature an integral thermal protector that provides positive protection from over lamping. The socket is designed to snap into the trim to keep the lamp position consistent.
The Halo H5RICAT 5" recessed can light can be installed from beneath the ceiling. The AIR-TITE design of the Halo H5RICAT prevents from airflow between the attic and the living area. The Halo H5RICAT 5" Recessed Can Light utilizes four remodel clips to secure the housing and accommodates 1/2" and 5/8" thick ceilings.
