Do you need to keep one light dim but have the other one at full power? The Lutron MA-L3L3-LA allows you to dictate this easily by manipulating two different switches on the same plate. Use the paddle to turn each light on or off, and then control the intensity of the light with the dimmer switch adjacent to it.

You can even program your switches to dim the lights as you leave the room, turning them off after you’ve safely exited. Best of all, the Lutron MA-L3L3-LA glows softly in the dark, allowing you to operate it, even in total darkness for the perfect light setting when you turn them on.
