The Lutron MIR-1000M-LA is part of the Maestro IR Dimmer series and is referred to as a “smart dimmer” because of its sleek design and advanced features. With a simple tap on the main button, you can turn your lights on and off with ease. A touch rocker is located next to the main button that gives you the ability to slide your finger to set illumination levels within a room. Compatible remotes controls can also control illumination levels.
While the Lutron MIR-1000M-LA is not in use, it emits an alluring soft glow that allows you to find the switch within a dark room. The FASS service switch that is located underneath the device’s main button enables easy power removal from the switch, without even having to take the dimmer off the wall! When purchasing the device, be sure to buy a matching light almond wall plate as well.
