This model from the WhisperFit® series is a perfect solution for residential, commercial, hotel remodeling and new construction applications. It comes with a SmartAction® Motion Sensor. The fan features a Pick-A-Flow™ Speed Selector, which allows to choose an airflow from 80 to 110 CFM. Thanks to a Flex-Z Fast™ bracket this model allows for fast and easy installation. In order to provide greater flexibility, the fan offers detachable mounting. The Panasonic FV-08-11VFM5 comes with a permanently lubricated, removable motor, which is equipped with a thermal cutoff fuse. The fan features a galvanized steel body and solid housing rust proof epoxy and polyester resin coating. This construction resists corrosion and ensures a lengthier lifespan. In addition, this Panasonic ceiling ventilation fan is ENERGY STAR® certified.
