Description
The VELUX VSE M08 2010 is a fresh air electric venting, deck-mount skylight with a snowload glass. This type of glass is intended specifically for heavy snow areas. For increased energy efficiency, it also has a triple-layer of LoE coating. Plus, for added safety, this glass features a laminated pane. With this skylight your room will always be full of natural daylight and fresh air.
This model comes with an intelligent touch remote control. In addition, with the VELUX VSE M08 2010, you won't have to worry about rain. This skylight contains an integrated rain sensor with an automatic closing feature. It allows you to leave it open to gather the maximum amount of fresh air without the stress of having rain get inside.

- Qualifies for a 10-year No Leak installation warranty when installed with VELUX flashing (required, sold separately) on a roof pitch between 14 and 85 degrees
- EDL flashing is required when installing the skylight on a shingle/shake/slate roof, EDW flashing is required for installation on a tile or high-profile roof, and EDM flashing is required for installation on a metal sheet roof

These warranties only apply if the product is finished, installed, operated and maintained strictly in accordance with VELUX instructions or other instructions furnished with the Covered Product. Improve Depot recommends a professional installation by a CERTIFIED INSTALLER to ensure that the product is protected by these warranties.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by VELUX's warranties, nor are problems arising from failure to properly maintain the product. The warranty on insulated glass is void if any film is applied to the glass surface. Other restrictions apply, so be sure to read the included warranty information packaged with the product.
