The Broan QTXE110S is a humidity sensing bath fan with a white grille. It includes hanger bars for fast and easy installation. This fixture is designed to run with an air flow of 110 CFM at 0.7 Sones that offers a very quiet operation. The fan is intended to work for baths up to 100 sq. ft. It features a Sensaire® technology and an adjustable auto shut-off timer. The fan starts to operate if it senses the rapid rise in humidity and shuts-off when the humidity has stabilized. Also, it is an ENERGY STAR® qualified unit. The Broan QTXE110S is a UL listed product for use over tub/shower when connected to a GFCI circuit.
