Surge models are compatible with the UL 1449 3rd Edition standard and are classified as type 3 surge protective devices. The strips are available in 2, 4, or 6 outlet versions with 7 or 15 foot power cords. The Leviton 5306M-1S7 is designed for rugged medical environments such as patient care areas.
