Description

The Rheem RTGH-90XLP gas tankless water heater is a high efficiency, direct vent, outdoor gas tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water at 9.0 galllons per min. It's intended for use in homes with 2-3 bathrooms and features a 35° rise max when used at 9.0 gallons per minute. The Rheem Prestige line offers an industry first 0.26 GPM minimum flow rate and 0.40 GPM minimum activation flow rate.

Constructed from a stainless steel condensing heat exchanger, this Rheem gas tankless water Heater is 93% efficient and is also ENERGY STAR rated! This system is a high performance tankless water heater, operating at 180,000 BTUs per hour. This model is designed for use with a propane gas arrangement.

This outdoor Rheem Prestige water heater does not require venting materials. However, it does require a specific clearance that can be found in the included Use & Care Manual. This Rheem water heater can be installed in a recess box installation or wall mounted, depending on these clearances and the user's preferences.

Using the Rheem tankless water heater is just as easy with a digital remote controller which displays temperature settings and maintenance codes. The Rheem Prestige water heater requires no high altitude chip with its capability of functioning 9,840 feet above sea level. It also features a self-diagnostic system for any problems or maintenance needs; providing ease and peace of mind. With both an exclusive Guardian overheat film wrap and a built-in electric blower, worries and fears about fire prevention are greatly minimized. The Rheem Prestige can also be converted to commercial grade use with the RTG20244D upgrade kit for a local office or business. And if one water heater is not enough, an EZ-Link cable can connect two tankless water heaters.
