The Panasonic FV-05VFM2 features the exclusive SmartMotion Technology sensor that automatically turns on the fan when someone enters the room. To create more efficiency and power conservation, the FV-05VFM2 features an automatic delay-timer that shuts off the unit 20 minutes after someone has occupied the room. The added delay timer allows ofr shorter periods of usage during down-time, allowing for more energy savings passed on to the consumer. With the automatic features built-in to the WhsiperWelcome exhaust fan, the need for a wall-switch is virtually eliminated. (For better control, refer to Whisper Control bathroom switches). With the performance ventilation blowing at 50 CFM, the Panasonic FV-05VFM2 still only produces 0.4 sones of noise.
